Terms of Service

Welcome to Aananda Collections. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.aanandacollections.com] (the “Site”) and any transactions made through it. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place orders.

2. Products & Pricing

Our products, including handcrafted and one-of-a-kind sarees and apparel, are subject to availability. All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website using secure payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, Razorpay, and NetBanking. Your order is confirmed once the payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Shipping timelines are provided during checkout but may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen delays. Customers will be notified of tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Aananda Collections, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, in exceptional cases, exchanges or refunds may be considered at our sole discretion:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Refuse delivery if the package is visibly tampered with.

  • Otherwise, email us within 24 hours of delivery at shopify.aanandacollections@gmail.com, along with:

    • Your Order ID

    • A parcel opening video

    • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

If eligible, we will:

  • Arrange a reverse pickup within 5–7 working days

  • Or provide a shipping credit of up to ₹150 if pickup is unavailable and you choose to self-ship

In case an exchange is not possible (e.g., single-piece sarees), a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

6. Blouse Sizing

All ready-made blouses come with a 4-inch margin for alterations up to size 42.
Aananda Collections does not provide tailoring or alteration services. Size-related returns or exchanges are not accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized products

  • Pre-draped sarees

  • Items purchased on sale

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, product descriptions, and branding on the Site are the intellectual property of Aananda Collections and protected under applicable Indian copyright laws. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including delay in delivery or dissatisfaction with product colour or texture due to screen differences. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
