Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Aananda Collections, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges as a general policy. However, in exceptional cases, exchanges or refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of management under the following conditions:


Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • If accepted, immediately take a parcel opening video and clear photos of the damage.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at shopify.aanandacollections@gmail.com, including:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Photo evidence and parcel opening video


Sizing Issues (Blouses Only)

If you have purchased a ready-made blouse:

  • Please note: All blouses come with a 4-inch margin that allows size increase (up to size 42) or reduction, which must be done by the customer locally.

  • Aananda Collections does not provide alteration services.

  • Size-based exchange is not applicable unless there is a product defect.


Exchange Eligibility

We do not have a general exchange policy. Exchange is only possible in the case of a damaged product.

  • As most sarees are single pieces, if an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with full evidence.

  • Item must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.


Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 working days.

  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship, and we will offer a credit note of up to ₹150 towards your shipping cost.


Processing Time

  • Returned items will undergo a quality check.

  • If eligible, a replacement saree will be shipped within 15 working days.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method for the product and shipping charge (up to ₹150, if self-shipped).


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Customized products

  • Pre-draped sarees

  • Sale items


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t already shipped.
