Refund, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
At Aananda Collections, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges as a general policy. However, in exceptional cases, exchanges may be considered at the sole discretion of management. Such events include:
- Damaged Products (for all products): If you receive a damaged or tampered package, refuse delivery. A video and photos of the item immediately upon receiving and opening of the saree is required to claim refund or exchange.
- Size of Certain Products (blouses): If customer has purchased a ready-made blouse, please our blouses have a 4-inch margin to increase (up to 42 size) and to decrease as much as it is required to be done by the customer. Aananda Collections will not do the sizing service.
- Please note, WE DO NOT HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY. Exchange is only possible in the case of damage. Most sarees only have a single piece and so can be exchanged only with another saree of choosing. In case the customer doesn't want to exchange, then the refund process will be initiated. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Reporting Damage: Notify us via email at supports@aanandacollections.in within 24 hours of delivery, including your Order ID and a clear photo of the damage. A parcel opening video is mandatory.
Exchange Process: Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup within 5-7 working days. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship, and we will provide a credit note of up to ₹150 for shipping costs.
Processing Time: Once received, the product will undergo a quality check. If available, a replacement will be shipped within 15 working days. If unavailable, a refund will be processed for the product and shipping cost. Please note, WE DO NOT HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY. Exchange is only possible in the case of damage. - Customized products
- Pre-draped sarees
- Sale items
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
