We typically dispatch within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes 4–7 business days across India.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Can I get the same saree back if I return it?

Every saree at Aananda is a single, one-of-a-kind piece — no two sarees in our collection are identical. Once a saree leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee the same piece will be available again. We encourage you to choose mindfully — we’re happy to help via WhatsApp before you order.

Can I exchange for a different saree?

Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or incorrect items. As each piece is unique and handpicked, we are unable to offer exchanges for change of mind.

Are your sarees authentic handloom?

Yes. Every saree at Aananda is either Silk Mark certified or In-House Verified — we test each batch for pure natural fibre and confirm its weaving region.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy — Aananda Collections

At Aananda Collections, every saree is an exclusive, handwoven piece crafted by skilled artisans. As each piece is unique and available in limited quantity, we do not offer returns.

We do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
  • An unboxing video is mandatory — requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
  • The saree must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense
