Exchange Eligibility

We do not have a general exchange policy. Exchange is only possible in the case of a damaged product.

• As most sarees are single pieces, if an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
• Exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with full evidence.
• Item must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchange Process

• Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 working days.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship, and we will offer a credit note of up to ₹150 towards your shipping cost.

Processing Time

• Returned items will undergo a quality check.
• If eligible, a replacement saree will be shipped within 15 working days.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method for the product and shipping charge (up to ₹150, if self-shipped).

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Customized products
• Pre-draped sarees
• Sale items

However, in exceptional cases, exchanges or refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of management under the following conditions:

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with:

• Do not accept the delivery.
• If accepted, immediately take a parcel opening video and clear photos of the damage.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t already shipped.

Crepe Silk is a fabric celebrated for its distinctive crinkled, slightly textured surface — achieved through a special weaving technique where the warp and weft threads are twisted in alternating directions before weaving, creating a fabric with natural elasticity, fluid drape, and a matte-to-subtle-sheen finish. As a natural fibre, silk is inherently breathable, moisture-wicking, and temperature-regulating — qualities that make Crepe Silk particularly comfortable for extended wear at parties and festive events. Its slightly textured surface gives digitally printed designs a depth and dimensionality that smooth fabrics cannot achieve, making it an ideal ground for bold, high-contrast colour work. The yellow and black colour combination has a long and distinguished history in fashion and art — from the bold graphic prints of the 1960s mod movement to the high-contrast palettes of contemporary Indian fashion design.
