Exchange Eligibility

We do not have a general exchange policy. Exchange is only possible in the case of a damaged product.

• As most sarees are single pieces, if an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
• Exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with full evidence.
• Item must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchange Process

• Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 working days.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship, and we will offer a credit note of up to ₹150 towards your shipping cost.

Processing Time

• Returned items will undergo a quality check.
• If eligible, a replacement saree will be shipped within 15 working days.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method for the product and shipping charge (up to ₹150, if self-shipped).

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Customized products
• Pre-draped sarees
• Sale items

However, in exceptional cases, exchanges or refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of management under the following conditions:

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with:

• Do not accept the delivery.
• If accepted, immediately take a parcel opening video and clear photos of the damage.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t already shipped.

Gadwal sarees originate from the town of Gadwal in Telangana, a weaving centre with a heritage spanning over three centuries. What makes the Gadwal saree truly distinctive is its unique construction — the body is woven in silk cotton (locally called "kotpad" or "sico"), while the border and pallu are woven separately in pure silk with intricate zari work, and then interlocked together on the loom in a technique called "kupadam" or "interlocking." This dual-fabric construction gives the saree its signature lightweight feel with a richly textured border — a combination rarely achieved in other weaving traditions. Traditionally patronised by the Gadwal royal family, these sarees were once reserved for royalty and temple offerings. Today, they carry a Geographical Indication (GI) tag, recognising their cultural and geographical authenticity. Each Gadwal saree is a quiet testament to the ingenuity of Telangana's master weavers — where simplicity of form meets extraordinary depth of craft.
