Exchange Eligibility

We do not have a general exchange policy. Exchange is only possible in the case of a damaged product.

• As most sarees are single pieces, if an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
• Exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with full evidence.
• Item must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchange Process

• Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 working days.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship, and we will offer a credit note of up to ₹150 towards your shipping cost.

Processing Time

• Returned items will undergo a quality check.
• If eligible, a replacement saree will be shipped within 15 working days.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method for the product and shipping charge (up to ₹150, if self-shipped).

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Customized products
• Pre-draped sarees
• Sale items

However, in exceptional cases, exchanges or refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of management under the following conditions:

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with:

• Do not accept the delivery.
• If accepted, immediately take a parcel opening video and clear photos of the damage.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t already shipped.

Satin Georgette is a contemporary fabric that has become a staple of Indian festive and party wear, celebrated for its luxurious sheen, graceful flow, and lightweight comfort. It is a hybrid fabric — combining the smooth, glossy surface of satin with the slightly crinkled, airy texture of georgette — typically woven from a blend of silk and polyester fibres. The satin weave gives the fabric its characteristic high-lustre finish and fluid drape, while the georgette construction adds body, breathability, and a subtle texture that prevents the fabric from clinging. The result is a fabric that flatters every silhouette, drapes beautifully in pleats, and holds embellishments such as sequins and borders with exceptional clarity. The ombré technique — from the French word meaning "shaded" — is a dyeing method where colour gradually transitions from one hue to another, creating a seamless gradient effect. In textile art, ombré dyeing requires precise control of dye concentration and immersion time to achieve smooth, even colour transitions without harsh lines. On Satin Georgette, the ombré effect is particularly striking — the fabric's natural sheen amplifies the depth and luminosity of each colour, making the gradient appear almost three-dimensional. The golden latkan (tassel) detailing on the pallu is a nod to traditional Indian textile ornamentation — latkans have been used to embellish sarees, dupattas, and blouses for centuries, adding movement, rhythm, and a touch of festive joy to the garment.
