At Aananda Collections, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges as a general policy.

Exchange Eligibility

We do not have a general exchange policy. Exchange is only possible in the case of a damaged product.

• As most sarees are single pieces, if an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
• Exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with full evidence.
• Item must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchange Process

• Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 working days.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship, and we will offer a credit note of up to ₹150 towards your shipping cost.

Processing Time

• Returned items will undergo a quality check.
• If eligible, a replacement saree will be shipped within 15 working days.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method for the product and shipping charge (up to ₹150, if self-shipped).

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Customized products
• Pre-draped sarees
• Sale items

However, in exceptional cases, exchanges or refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of management under the following conditions:

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with:

• Do not accept the delivery.
• If accepted, immediately take a parcel opening video and clear photos of the damage.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Email us within 24 hours of delivery at shopify.aanandacollections@gmail.com, including:Order ID Description of the issue Photo evidence and parcel opening video
• Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t already shipped.

Kalamkari is one of India's oldest hand-painting traditions, practised for over 3,000 years in Andhra Pradesh. The word means 'pen work' — each motif is drawn freehand using a bamboo pen dipped in natural dyes made from plants, roots, and minerals. The Srikalahasti style, used here, is known for its intricate mythological narratives, flowing vines, and bold outlines — a tradition that turns every saree into a painting and every painting into a story.
